Manchester United prepared to sell Adnan Januzaj amid interest from France, Italy and Germany

Januzaj has one year left on his contract and manager Jose Mourinho hinted last week that he has already made up his mind on the 22-year-old's future. The Belgium international has struggled to make an impression while on loan at Sunderland. United had hoped he would kick on after an inauspicious spell on loan at Borussia Dortmund but maintain reservations about his attitude.

Januzaj has interest from France, Italy and Germany though not to the level that was expressed in him when he first broke through into United's first team. He has failed to score in his 21 Premier League appearances for the Black Cats, netting once in the EFL Cup against Shrewsbury, and was shown a red card in the defeat at Tottenham in September. He has made 50 league appearances during his time at United, scoring five times but never fulfilling the potential has shown in intervals.
